Last Caravan is a card-based cozy apocalypse survival game, currently in the design stage. The premise: even after the world falls apart, daily life goes on. Instead of putting despair on display, it is about driving a caravan, finding tonight's meal and a place to sleep, and looking after the people traveling with you.

Resources, events, and relationships all run through a single card system. Supplies and people sit on the same set of choices, so the question of what to keep and what to let go always has a person in it — which is what keeps the game warm.

Right now this is a design document, not a build. The character bibles for the two protagonists, Jiyoon and Minsu, are complete, and that character work became the reference point for the narrative work that followed. There is no playable build yet.
