These terms apply to ITER GO, a tool by Herni Dedalvs that sends navigation destinations to your Tesla.

The service

ITER GO lets you send a navigation destination from your device to your Tesla. It works through Tesla’s official Fleet API using permissions you grant.

Not affiliated with Tesla

Herni Dedalvs and ITER GO are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. “Tesla” is a trademark of Tesla, Inc.

Safe use

Set your destination before you drive. Do not operate the app while driving. You are responsible for following all traffic laws and for the routes you choose to send.

Your account

You are responsible for your Tesla account and for keeping your login secure. You may revoke access at any time from your Tesla Account under “Third-Party Apps”.

Provided “as is”

ITER GO is provided as is, without warranties. Delivery of a destination depends on Tesla’s systems, your vehicle’s connectivity, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Herni Dedalvs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version is always on this page.
