ICTVS
It does not bet on the single frame at the moment you tap. This iPhone camera prototype keeps a buffer around the shutter, scores those frames, and returns the best one already corrected.
ICTVS is a one-tap camera prototype. The shutter often lands on a shaken hand or a blink, so the app keeps buffering frames around the moment you tap. When you press it, those frames are scored on sharpness, face quality, exposure, stability, and composition, and the winner comes back already enhanced. Frames with clipped highlights lose points.
The review screen switches between Original, ICTVS, and Film. Which one you keep stays on the device and feeds the next recommendation. There is no account and no server, and cloud generation, text-prompt editing, document scanning, and RAW were deliberately left out of v1.
There is one design rule: the default screen stays automatic, and manual control — exposure compensation, focus, white balance — lives inside a Pro drawer. The condition was that the drawer must never cover the shutter.
It stopped here in May 2026. A camera cannot be validated in the Simulator, so device QA is written up separately, and the question of whether the result actually beats an ordinary tap-shot is still open.

Current status: Stopped at the May 2026 prototype. Device QA is documented; the image-quality verdict is still open.
