Why I'm Not Hiding the Ugly Parts
It would be easy to only post the wins. Cascade has its store page. Aedon has its App Store listing. Everything messier than that — builds that only crash, ideas that quietly die — could just stay off the site.
That wouldn't be a lie exactly. It would just be curating so hard that whoever's reading this thinks I know what I'm doing. I don't, most of the time. I'm one person with an idea and just enough momentum not to stop.
So the scrap pile stays public. Not every failed build, not every abandoned prototype — some things are just embarrassing — but the honest shape of the work: long stretches of nothing, ideas that felt brilliant on Tuesday and dumb by Friday, the real ratio of shipped to unshipped.
If you're building something on your own, this is your permission slip: the mess is normal. Ship the weird thing. Post the failure. Nobody's coming to fire you — it's just you in here.
